These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Rega App (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our website and mobile application. By accessing or using Rega, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service:

You may use Rega only if you are at least 18 years old, or if you are under 18, with the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration:

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

3. Ticket Sales & Events:

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Event organizers are responsible for the content, quality, and management of their events.

• Rega is not responsible for changes, postponements, or cancellations. In such cases, please contact the event organizer directly.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content and materials on Rega (including logos, design, text, graphics, and software) are owned or licensed by Rega and may not be used without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rega shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from event cancellations or technical issues

• User actions or misuse of the platform

• Third-party service errors or delays

6. Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
